Overview
How customers open their TreeOS portal link.
Portal links are unique per customer and included in estimate and invoice emails. They do not require a password.
Customer self-service
Each customer receives a secure portal link by email. They view estimates, approve work, see invoices, and pay without calling the office.
Tip
Mention the portal when you leave a door hanger — customers approve faster on their phone than by returning a signed PDF.
