Configuring settings

Overview

Tax rates, terms, notifications, and company preferences.

Set default tax rate, invoice terms, late fees, and notification preferences. These defaults apply to new documents but can be overridden per job.

Where to start

Sign in at your TreeOS URL, then work through company setup before your first customer or job. Most teams are scheduling work within their first day.

Common first-week checklist

1. Upload your logo and set brand colors in Settings → Company.
2. Invite office staff and crew leads from Settings → Team.
3. Add or import your customer list.
4. Connect email and payments under Settings → Integrations.
5. Create a test estimate and send it to yourself.
