Bring your existing customer list into TreeOS from a spreadsheet.
Download the sample template from the import page, map your columns, and preview rows before committing. Imports run in the background for large files.
Before you upload
Customer import lives under Settings → Customer Import. Export from your old system as CSV or Excel, clean up column headers, then upload.
Import during a quiet period and keep a backup of your original file. Large imports are easier to review when the office is not on the phone.
After import
Review the import summary for skipped rows and fix source data before re-uploading only the problem rows.
