Overview

Match spreadsheet columns to TreeOS customer fields.

Match First name, Last name, Email, Phone, and Address columns. Unmapped columns are ignored.

Before you upload

Customer import lives under Settings → Customer Import. Export from your old system as CSV or Excel, clean up column headers, then upload.

Warning

Import during a quiet period and keep a backup of your original file. Large imports are easier to review when the office is not on the phone.

After import

Review the import summary for skipped rows and fix source data before re-uploading only the problem rows.
