Find customers quickly by name, phone, email, or address.
Use the search bar on Customers for name, phone, email, or street. Partial matches work — typing "oak" finds "123 Oak Lane".
In the office
Open Customers from the sidebar. Each record ties together estimates, jobs, invoices, portal access, and communication history for one client.
Best practice
Use one customer record per billing contact, even when they have multiple properties. Add service addresses on the job or property fields when needed.
What belongs on the customer record
Keep legal name, best phone number, and email current. Gate codes, dog warnings, and access notes save your crew time on every visit.
