Typical path: Scheduled → In progress → Complete → Invoiced. Status changes can happen in the office or from the Crew App.
Field to invoice
A job carries scope, crew, photos, notes, and status from scheduled through complete. Completing the job is the signal to invoice.
Best practice
Require at least one before and one after photo on removal jobs — it protects you in disputes and makes marketing easy later.
