What TreeOS is, who it is for, and how your team will use it day to day.

TreeOS is operations software for tree service companies — from the first phone call through final payment. Office staff run CRM, estimating, scheduling, and billing. Crews use a focused mobile app for routes, photos, and job completion.

Where to start

Sign in at your TreeOS URL, then work through company setup before your first customer or job. Most teams are scheduling work within their first day.

Tip

Complete company branding and tax settings before sending your first estimate — customers see those details on PDFs and portal pages.

Common first-week checklist

  1. Upload your logo and set brand colors in Settings → Company.
  2. Invite office staff and crew leads from Settings → Team.
  3. Add or import your customer list.
  4. Connect email and payments under Settings → Integrations.
  5. Create a test estimate and send it to yourself.
