What each job status means for office and crew.
Scheduled means on the calendar. In progress means crew checked in. Complete means work done. Cancelled removes it from crew views.
Field to invoice
A job carries scope, crew, photos, notes, and status from scheduled through complete. Completing the job is the signal to invoice.
Best practice
Require at least one before and one after photo on removal jobs — it protects you in disputes and makes marketing easy later.
